préparation
Preparation: Traditional cooking: Add pasta to a pan of slightly salted boiling water (1kg pasta for 10l water), cook for 6 min or until al dente. Stirring occasionally. Drain and serve. Double cooking: cook for 4 min in slightly salted water, then drain, rinse with cold water. Mix with 20g of oil and store in fridge for min 2h. Reheat 40 sec in boiling water/ 2min in fully steamed combi oven at 100 C
